Overview
To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, we have a strict on-the-spot return policy. Customers are required to check their products in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery. You may return a product on the spot if it meets any of the following conditions:
- The product is incorrect (not what you ordered).
- The product is damaged.
- The product’s seal is broken or it appears to have been opened/used.
- The product is expired.
We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after the delivery is completed and accepted.
Initiate a return
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any issues, you must inform the delivery person immediately. If the issue is legitimate, the delivery person will take the package back, and you will not be billed for it if it’s a Cash on Delivery order. For prepaid orders, the refund process will be initiated. For prepaid orders that are returned on the spot, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours of the return being confirmed. For COD orders returned on the spot, no payment is made, so no refund is necessary.
